Ask anything
Someone pastes a customer email into an AI chat. ClickCheck spots personal data on their own computer and asks whether that was the plan.

01The problem
An agreement is useless if nobody sees it at the moment it matters.
Every company has them. Someone signs off above a certain amount. New bank details get a phone call. When a colleague leaves, you work through a list. Customer data doesn’t go into a chatbot.
Everyone knows these rules – until it gets busy. Then someone clicks Order, Pay or Delete, and the rule turns out to live somewhere other than where it happened.
Where agreements live today
- In someone’s headuntil they’re on holiday
- In a Word documentversion 4, or 5
- On SharePointthree folders deep
- In a Teams messagefrom last spring
- In the finance manager’s inboxnever forwarded
- On the intranetnobody opens
- On the screen where it happensnowhere
02Examples
The agreement shows up where the click happens.
ClickCheck doesn’t watch what people do. It only recognises the actions you wrote a rule for.
-
New bank details?
Warning
If the account number differs from the one you know, ClickCheck asks for a call to the known phone number first.
Checks on payments -
Large order?
Approval
Above the amount you agreed, a request goes to the right person first. They approve it on their phone.
How approvals work -
Someone leaving?
Checklist
Whoever deletes the account gets the offboarding checklist first: block sign-in, hand over OneDrive, remove licences.
Building checklists -
Sharing sensitive data?
Warning
If someone pastes customer data into an AI tool, ClickCheck asks whether that was the plan. The check runs on their own computer.
Safe AI use -
Wrong supplier?
Information
Looking at a printer in a random online shop? ClickCheck mentions which supplier you normally buy it from.
Purchasing agreements
03How it works
Three steps from agreement to moment.
-
Install the extension
For Chrome and Edge. People link it to your organisation with a code, or IT rolls it out centrally.
-
Write a rule and point at the element
Pick the website, click the button it’s about and write the agreement the way you’d explain it. No code, no changes to that website.
Rule · PurchasingActive
When someone clicks Place order on officepartner.example and the amount is over €2,500, ask Management for approval.
-
ClickCheck helps your people
The moment someone clicks that button and the conditions match, the agreement appears: as information, a warning, a checklist, an approval or a block.
04Use cases
Built for companies where one click can cost money, data or trust.
Accountancy firms, installers, wholesalers, care providers, IT partners. Usually 5 to 250 people, with agreements that matter but aren’t enforced by any software.
- PurchasingSpending limits, preferred suppliers, framework contracts.
- FinanceVerifying bank details, a second pair of eyes on payments.
- HRJoiners and leavers without forgotten steps.
- ITRisky admin actions, Microsoft 365, DNS.
- Small businessAgreements that live in people’s heads, finally visible.
- MSPs and IT partnersOne place to manage rules across all your clients.
05Privacy
What ClickCheck sees. And what it doesn’t.
ClickCheck is not monitoring software. The extension only acts on the websites and buttons you wrote a rule for. Everywhere else it does nothing and remembers nothing.
Amounts, account numbers and sensitive text are checked locally in the browser. The server only learns that a rule was triggered and what the person chose.
What we record
- Which rule was triggered, on which website
- What the person chose: continue, cancel, request approval
- For approvals: the amount, so the approver knows what it’s about
- Who created or changed a rule
What we don’t record
- Browsing history
- Keystrokes or form contents
- Screenshots
- The text someone pastes into an AI tool

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to change our software or website?
No. ClickCheck works as a layer in the browser on top of existing websites and web apps. You point at the button in the extension; the website itself never notices.
Does ClickCheck watch what employees do?
No. The extension only responds to actions you wrote a rule for. No browsing history, keystrokes or screenshots are recorded.
Will it work in our accounting system or ERP?
If it runs in the browser, usually yes. Desktop software outside the browser is out of scope.
Which browsers?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox support is in preparation.
What if ClickCheck doesn’t recognise a button properly?
Then it blocks nothing. A block only applies when recognition is certain; otherwise it becomes a warning. ClickCheck should never bring your work to a halt.
What does the rule assistant do?
You type an agreement in plain language and the assistant turns it into a draft rule. You check it and publish it. Nothing ever goes live automatically.
Make a mistake once. Not twice.
