HR
Someone joins or leaves. The steps follow by themselves.
Joining and leaving touches HR, IT, finance and the line manager. ClickCheck shows each of them their own steps, at the moment it’s their turn.

The problem
When someone leaves, four people each have three things to do.
HR records the end date. IT has to block the account. Finance stops the expense allowance. The manager collects the laptop and badge. Everyone assumes someone else already did it.
With a checklist per action, nobody has to remember what belongs to it. The list appears at the button that starts the process, for whoever presses it.

First-day checklist
ClickCheck isn’t an employee tracking system. It doesn’t know what people do all day; it only appears at the actions you chose yourself.
