Approval workflow

Approve where it happens, not afterwards by email.

No separate form, no ticket, no “could you have a quick look?” in Teams. The request starts at the click and the decision comes back to the same place.

Why it needs to change

A workflow only works if it doesn’t feel like extra work.

Plenty of companies have an approval procedure on paper. In practice it gets skipped because asking feels like more effort than the risk seems to justify. Or it gets filled in afterwards, once the order has already gone.

With ClickCheck, asking takes one click, at the moment it’s relevant anyway. The approver doesn’t need to log in anywhere to see what it’s about. So it actually happens.

What the approver sees

Enough context to decide in ten seconds.

  1. Who and where

The requester’s name and the website where the action takes place.

  2. The amount

If the rule is about an amount, it’s included. It’s the only piece of the page that’s passed on, because the approver needs it.

  3. The rule and the reason

Which agreement applies, and what the requester added as explanation.

  4. Approve or decline

With an optional note the requester sees immediately.

Built to be safe

An approval can’t be reused.

Every approval is digitally signed and bound to the action it was given for.

Bound to

  • The organisation and the requester
  • The device the request came from
  • The rule and that specific action
  • A short validity period

So you can’t

  • Use the same approval twice
  • Use it for a different amount
  • Pass it on to a colleague
  • Approve your own request

Frequently asked questions

Which plan includes approvals?

Business+ and Partner. Free and Business include information, warnings, confirmations and checklists.

Does the approver get notified?

Yes, through the dashboard and on their phone. Approvers don’t need the extension themselves.

Can I set different approvers per amount?

Yes. Create one rule up to €10,000 for the team lead, for example, and a second rule above that for management.

Make a mistake once. Not twice.

Free for 3 users and 3 rules. No credit card needed.
