Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 admin, with your agreements built in.

The admin centre lets you do anything, including things you should have checked first. ClickCheck puts your own agreements next to the buttons that matter.

Nothing deleted. The checklist is waiting for later.

Offboarding checklist

Work through these steps before you delete the account. Some of it can’t be undone afterwards.

Example An admin is about to delete the account of a colleague who left. ClickCheck shows the checklist you agreed on for exactly this moment.

In practice

Admin work often happens in between, by whoever has time.

In a thirty-person company, the Microsoft 365 admin is often also the office manager, the controller or the owner. Or an outside IT partner who logs in a few times a month. Nobody does it daily, so the details fade.

It’s exactly the rare tasks where things slip: deleting an account before OneDrive has been handed over, giving someone global admin rights “just for now”, forgetting the shared mailbox.

Rules in the admin centre

Where ClickCheck helps most in Microsoft 365.

These are examples. You decide which buttons get a rule.

  • Clicking “Delete user”.

    Offboarding checklist

  • Assigning the Global Administrator role.

    Approval from the IT lead

  • Setting up forwarding to an external address.

    Warning with explanation

  • Assigning a licence.

No integration needed

No access to your tenant.

ClickCheck doesn’t connect to the Microsoft Graph API and doesn’t ask for admin rights on your tenant. The extension recognises the button in the admin centre the way a person sees it, and shows the agreement.

You can sign in to the ClickCheck dashboard with a Microsoft account. That’s for signing in only.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work in the Exchange, Entra and Intune admin centres too?

Yes, they’re all web pages. For each rule you point at the button on the page where it happens.

What if Microsoft changes the admin centre?

A button may then be recognised differently. ClickCheck flags it in the dashboard so you can update the rule. Uncertain recognition never blocks.
